Lessons from Granny’s Hospital Room: “PROTECT OTHERS & YOURSELF.  WASH YOUR HANDS.”

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse [your] hands, [you] sinners; and purify [your] hearts, [you] double-minded. – James 4:8 NKJV

The Holy Spirit and Granny had more to teach from her hospital bed and the two signs on the wall.  The second sign read, “Protect our patients.  Protect yourself.  Please wash your hands.” (Talked about first sign yesterday.)

When I study scripture from the Bible, without fail, it often leads me to other scripture.  I used to follow the rabbit trail and get lost from the original direction of the Spirit.  Now, I just write the verses down and return to them.  NO KIDDING, on the day Granny talked to me about the spiritual meaning of the signs, I had already written down James 4:8, earlier, in the same day.  When I began to write this, I got chills.  It was no accident Granny found the signs.  It was a divine appointment.  Sure enough, the Holy Spirit had something new to say:

  1. Why do we physically wash out hands?
  • Remove dirt and germs
  • Aid in the prevention of infections and sickness
  • Stop the transmission of germs to others
  • Help others and ourselves to stay healthy
  1. Why do we spiritually wash our hands?
  • Remove the filth of sin
  • Avert our soul from getting infected with hardness and our bodies from sickness
  • Stop the transmission and effects of our sins to others in our life
  • Help us and others stay spiritually and physically healthy and close to God
  1. How do we cleanse our spiritual hands?
  • Read and do the word of God.That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, – Ephesians 5:26 KJV”
  • Confess our sins.  “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” – 1 John 1:9 KJV
  • Submit to God and Resist the devil.  Holy Spirit instructs us in the prior verses of James 4:6-7…
-“But He gives more grace.” do what we need to do.
-James also give us an example to follow: “God resists the proud But gives grace to the humble.” – James 4:6 NKJV
-We should “submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you” – James 4:7 NKJV
  • Following God’s example this is how we can cleans our hands:
-Submit to Love, resist and wash off hate.
-Submit to Faith, resist and wash off fear.
-Submit to Endurance, resist and wash off impatience.
-Submit to High Way, resist and wash off offense.
-Submit to Kindness, resist and wash off harshness.
-Submit to Truth, resist or wash of lies.

I enCOURAGE you to “wash your hands.”  Follow Granny’s advice, again, but more importantly the leading of the Holy Spirit.  Don’t get caught with sin residing on you.  It will infect your soul and make you sick.  When we submit to God, we draw near to God.  We develop single focus and a single mind.  Our minds do not vacillate back and forth between what God says in one ear and what Satan says in the other.  We are near Him and in His protective custody and that is the most important thing.

LESSONS FROM GRANNY’S HOSPITAL ROOM: “DON’T GET UP WITH OUT US”

IMG_7678by Tammy Phillips
August 14, 2020

A Psalm of David when he was in the wilderness of Judah.
O God, You [are] my God; Early will I seek You. – Psalm 63:1 NKJV
Because You have been my help…My soul follows close behind You; Your right hand upholds me. – Psalm 63:7-8 NKJV

When you are confined to four walls painted generic clinical dull in a tiny hospital room, the Holy Spirit can and will use anything to speak to you.  The room was made up of mostly doors windows and medical equipment.  However, tucked on a tiny wall was in front of Granny’s bed were two signs.  One consisted of a white piece of paper with a big yellow triangle pointing up.  It read, “Safety Alert:  DON’T GET UP WITHOUT US.  CALL, DON’T FALL.”

Granny beckoned my attention, “Look!  That is a good sign.”  She explained.  If you want to stay safe, you should not get up without us. “Us” is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

I agree.  Our feet should not hit the floor, until we say, “Good morning to our heavenly Father.”  My best days are always the days that I immediately surrender the day to the Lord. I say something like this, “Father, today is your day. I commit it to you.  What do you want me to do? Lead me and guide me.”  I am letting Him know that the first thing I turn to in the morning is Him and I am trusting Him to get me through the day.  Does this always happen? No, but it is great advice, and often does.

King David advised the same in our focus scripture, “O God, You [are] my God; Early will I seek You”. – Psalm 63:1 NKJV.

I rise before the dawning of the morning, And cry for help; I hope in Your word. – Psalm 119:147 NKJV

Granny continued her lesson to me from the sign: “Call, don’t fall.”  We should always call on God.  He is our strength and He will help us and hold us up.   Scripture says to call on God always; “pray without ceasing” – 1 Thessalonians 5:17 NKJV

The Word of God also says:

“Whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” – Romans 10:13 NKJV

“He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I [will be] with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.” – Psalm 91:15 NKJV

As for me, I will call upon God, And the LORD shall save me. – Psalm 55:16 NKJV

Last lesson from Granny and the sign:  The yellow arrow was pointing up and directing us heavenly. She said we should always be looking up to God because He is our help.

My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct [it] to You, And I will look up. – Psalm 5:3 NKJV

I enCOURAGE you to heed Granny’s advice.  Stay safe by always looking up.  Don’t even get out of bed without God and call on Him so you don’t fall.  What a simple visual.

Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice. He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle [that was] against me. – Psalm 55:17-18 NKJV

“CANNOT ENCOURAGE YOU TO CHANGE YOUR MIND, IF I WILL NOT CHANGE MINE.”

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, – Acts 3:19 NIV

Our land is sick.  We need healing and Jesus is calling US to repentance.  He is calling all, the sinner and the church to repent.  Yes, Christians need to change our minds and that means you and me.   We all have so much to learn. I cannot suggest that you repent and not share how he led me to repentance…again…

I have lost 100+ pounds twice before.  I cannot count on my fingers and toes how many times that I have lost 20-50 pounds.

Jesus said, “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed [is] willing, but the flesh [is] weak.” – Matthew 26:41 NKJV.

I have managed to keep off fifty pounds since 2012, but I have also lost 50 more pounds and found them again. The Holy Spirit has gently and often, been whispering, “Repent.”

“I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” – Luke 13:5 NKJV

If we do not turn to Jesus as Savior, we will spend eternity separated from Him and perish eternally.  If we do not turn to Jesus as our LORD of ALL, we will spend our now perishing, sick in mind and body.  If I did not decide to turn from “lasciviousness” and being “incontinent, my body would perish sooner than planned by God.

“Know this, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;” – 2 Timothy 3:1-4 KJV

Sound familiar?  Sound like our world today?  It has been the last days since Jesus died, but these are the last of the last days.  This verse speaks to me.  It states that men will be “incontinent.”   Incontinent is the Greek word akrates meaning loss of vigor, power, might and dominion over self.  Simply, it means no self-control.  In my case, it is saying, “NO to unhealthy foods.” If I know better and do not make the right choice, it is sin.

And, If that was not enough!

“[This] I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.  For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.  But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness…” – Galatians 5:16-19 KJV

Lasciviousness was a big, unknown word to me.   Its Greek meaning is excess or unbridled lust.  It refers to gluttony, eating an excess amount of food, undisciplined living or excessive sexual indulgence. (Ignorance does not excuse us from the long list of the works of the flesh in Galatians 5.). I did not get to be a luscious woman by making disciplined choices and eating small amounts of good food.

As we choose Jesus as our Savior, every day, we must also make a daily decision to let Him be Lord in every single area of our lives.  My spirit has been willing for years to lose weight.  In the past, I have decided to lose weight and I do.  However, I have never realized that I have to make a Godly decision about everything, including what I eat.  I chose to “turn” a deaf ear to my flesh and to the enemy of my soul.  I repented.  Food is not my lord, God is.  I said, “Let us do this!” Mind had to make a change before body could.

Look at 2 Timothy 3 and Galatians 5.  Where do you need to change your mind and turn to God?  I am praying for you because this is not easy.  It is not easy to face, nor easy to admit.  It is a call we cannot ignore.   Sadly, as I wrote this, I was kindly reminded of another area of my life where I need to change.  This transformation stuff, OUCH!

I enCOURAGE you one more time to change your mind wherever necessary.  I pray that the Holy Spirit will show you areas in your life where He needs to do a little work.  When He calls you out, I pray that you will turn to Him.   He loves you and only wants the very best for your life.

“Wake up. Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and REPENT… – Revelation 3:3 NKJV

“Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands ALL men EVERYWHERE to repent, – Acts 17:30 NKJV

It is 5:45 AM; the sun is gloriously rising over Nashville. The nurse just entered, awoke us and took my mother-in-loves vitals.  Granny, my mother-in-law, had been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma, a slow growing cancer.   She was in the heat of battle overcoming this nasty “C” word!   She miraculously had experienced NO PAIN.   She had been doing so well and then we had a little setback.  She began losing A LOT of blood and was admitted to Vanderbilt Hospital.  The first night, her blood pressure dropped extremely low. Her situation became dire and she was transferred from the oncology floor to ICU.

The next morning brought rest, refreshing and strength to her.   However, it was not the case for the strong looking man across the hall.  He was extremely restless and could not find comfort. His apparent strength was failing him.  He demanded continuous attention.  He was up and down, constantly readjusting his bed.  We questioned why this man was in ICU.  All the nurse could disclose was that what he had presented with was not consistent with his “demented” actions.  All thanks to God!  We were only in ICU for a short time, but the man never found peace.  I wish I could have entered his room and told him what I am about to tell you.

Even though Patsy was in the battle, she was at peace.   She said, “The battle is not mine, it is the Lord’s.”  She knows Jesus as her Savior, Healer, Deliverer, and her Prince of Peace in all things.  She trusts Him with her now and her eternity.

Are you restless? Troubled? In agony?  Worried?  Angry?  Offended?  Concerned about your eternity or present?  REPENT!  Repent, simply, means change your mind.  Turn to Jesus.  Repentance is NOT an emotion.  Repentance is a decision.  Repentance is changing the direction you are going.  Want things to stay the same, keep doing the same thing.

The word “repent” is the Greek word metanoeo. It means a change of mind or conversion.  “It is a decision to completely change or to entirely turn around in the way one is thinking, believing, and living.

The Greek word metanoeo is a compound of the words meta and nous. The word meta refers to a turn or a change. The word nous is the word for the mindintellectwillframe of thinking.  If you do not like the way life is going, change direction!  It is simple.  Repent, turn toward God with all of your heart and mind and to follow Jesus.

The Lord said:

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. – 2 Chronicles 7:14 NKJV

John the Baptist:

REPENT, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” – Matthew 3:2 NKJV

Jesus:

“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. REPENT, and believe in the gospel.” – Mark 1:15 NKJV

“I tell you, no; but unless you REPENT you will all likewise perish. – Luke 13:3 NKJV

The Disciples:

“So, they went out and preached that [people] should REPENT.” – Mark 6:12 NKJV

Peter:

REPENT and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. – Acts 2:38 NKJV

REPENT therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, – Acts 3:19 NKJV

The Lord, John the Baptist, Peter, and the disciples all begged the people to repent and turn to Jesus for their eternal and present salvation

I am enCOURAGING you with all that I am, REPENT.  Change your mind.  Turn to Jesus in all things. He has every answer to your every need.  When you seek Him, YOU WILL FIND HIM, the resolution and right answers.

“Jesus ishas been, and always will be interceding for the Church — pleading for His people to hear Him and repent before He arrives.” -Rick Renner

Wise words from my Mother in Love: “You have to stay in prayer. You never know what is going happen.

HE WALKS WITH YOU. HE TALKS WITH YOU.

But now, O LORD, You [are] our Father; We [are] the clay, and You our potter; And all we [are] the work of Your hand. – Isaiah 64:8 NKJV

“I have come to realize:  Each individual has a solitary walk with God.  We do life with our spouse, children, brother, sister, and friends.  However, our relationship and walk with God is totally ours. The journey is something only one can do. We are responsible for every choice we make along the way. We answer to God alone.  We develop our relationship and obedience to God by listening to His voice.  His Word molds, shapes, refines and chisels us into His image. It is a slow journey, but the speed of the relationship is entirely up to us.  Our willingness to hear and obey determines our spiritual development.  We make choices toward him step by step.  Until we’ve allowed the Word to mold us by the Potter’s hands, we do not grow into the perfection that He desires. The decision is ours to receive and allow God to mold us into His image. Tammy, as you said, “There are layers He needs to chisel away, mold and replace.”  We resist and it prolongs the journey and His work of shaping us into His perfect image.   It is entirely up to us whether we receive His Word, His commands, His molding, His directions and His corrections.  His will and perfect plan for our life is ours for the choosing.  When we stand before Him, and we all will stand before him, it will be our life to which we are accountable.  No one else shares the responsibility for our choice nor our actions.  Alone with God, we are His workmanship.   If only we obey, we will achieve the completeness in Him to be who we were created to be.”  -Marie Poon, my precious, Godly Mother.

“My son do not despise the chastening of the LORD, Nor detest His correction; For whom the LORD loves He corrects, Just as a father the son [in whom] he delights. – Proverbs 3:12 NKJV

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. – Revelation 3:19 KJV

Chasten in the verses have the same meaning. It means to train up a child, to correct and instruct with words, to discipline.  We are God’s children.  If we act childish in an area, He will mold us and teach us how to walk and grow up in Him.   In each of these verses, God says he loves us, so he chastens us.

I enCOURAGE you to pay attention to the loving words of God and my wise mother.  God loves you. God loves you. God loves you.  He takes every step of life with you.  He talks with you, but it is your choice to listen and grow up.

OH!

August 10, 2020

Oh, that you had heeded (payed attention to, pricked up your ears) My commandments! Then your peace would have been like a river, And your righteousness like the waves of the sea. – Isaiah 48:18 NKJV

When I see and hear God saying “oh” in the Bible, I hear His heart crying out to all.  I hear His love resounding through the universe.    Do you here God’s heart crying out?

We often imitate God in this case.  How many times have we cried, “OH,” in reference to our kids?  It is usually because they have gone their own way and not made the best decisions. If we truly love our children, why do we desire for them to be obedient?  Ultimately, the answer is so they can live their very best life.  God is our Father. He has a great life planned for us.  He wants us to love Him and be obedient to His word because it leads to our best life.

Oh, how great [is] Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, [Which] You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men! – Psalm 31:19 NKJV

God is a good God and only wants good for us.  God says: “O, that you had paid attention to my words.” The words of God are life. (John 6:63) If we want to live the good life as God intended, we need only to jump into His word and do what it says.

When we listen and obey, He promises results in Isaiah 48:18…

 “Peace like a river”

A river is ever flowing.  It is not stagnant.  It is bountiful and life giving.  Peace ever flowing. Peace bountiful. Peace life giving.  Peace is the Hebrew word shalom, meaning, complete, whole, entire, healthy, prosperity, sound, and secure.  God wants a life for us that is peaceful, complete, whole, healthy and prosperous.  He wants us to live a life where we are lacking nothing.   Dive into His word and do it.  It is that simple and we will live our best life, a complete life.

“And righteousness like the waves of the sea.”

Waves are righteous is that why we are drawn to them?  Waves know their boundaries, yet the never cease and they never end.  They are faithful, unstoppable and immovable.   To be obedient and to have unstoppable righteousness! Wow!  We get in our way by choosing to do life our own way.   Failure to obey brings delay…of God’s very best.

Do you see God’s heart in these verses?

“OH, that they had such a heart in them that they would fear Me and always keep all My commandments, that it might be well with them and with their children forever! Therefore, you shall be careful to do as the LORD your God has commanded you; you shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left. You shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God has commanded you, that you may live and [that it may be] well with you, and [that] you may prolong [your] days in the land which you shall possess. – Deuteronomy 5:29, 32-33 NKJV

I encourage you to choose to read God’s word and do what it says.   It will lead you to your best life.  Life complete and peaceful and flowing.  Otherwise,

“But My people would not heed My voice…and would [have] none of Me. So, I gave them over to their own stubborn heart, To walk in their own counsels.  Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways!” – Psalm 81:11-13 NKJV

JESUS HUNG SO WE NEVER HAVE TO

IMG_7563by Tammy Phillips
August 8, 2020

He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.  -1 Peter 2:24

I hope I have never tried to encourage you by saying “hang in there.”  What awful advice!

Jesus hung for us!  We never have to “hang in there!”

He hung for:

  • Our sorrows
  • Our sins
  • Our forgiveness
  • Our freedom
  • Our redemption
  • Our deliverance
  • Our happiness
  • Our healing
  • Our now
  • Our eternity

He hung so we didn’t have to. He hung  so we could stand!  He hung so we could live the way God originally planned.  He died so  that we could live above and not “just hang in there.“

I enCOURAGE you to LIVE the life Jesus hung for.

BLESSED

You are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth. – Psalm 115:15 KJV

You are blessed.  I am blessed. WE ARE BLESSED!  Every day, we are blessed.  Since you are reading this, I am blessed that God let our paths cross.  We are blessed by every person in our life.   We can learn something from each individual because every person is created in the image of God.   Most of all, we are blessed with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

AND, I AM CONVINCED

Neither death!

Nor life!

Nor angels!

Nor principalities!

Nor powers!

Nor things present!

Nor things to come!

Nor height!

Nor depth!

Nor any other created thing!

Shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord!

Romans 8:38-39 KJV

I enCOURAGE you to meditate on how very blessed you are.  Count them.  Stir up trust and hope in the Lord because “blessed [is] the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD.” – Jeremiah 17:7 NKJV and do His word because “blessed [are] those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.” – Revelation 22:14 NKJV.

DON’T SHRINK BACK

IMG_7494

by Tammy Phillips
August 6, 2020

“I did not shrink from telling you anything that was for your benefit and teaching you in public meetings and from house to house.” – Acts 20:20

My son, Parker, holds the career record for hit-by-pitches at APSU, as well as the homerun record.  He was hit so many times because he protected home plate and did not shrink back when the balls were hurled his way.  His ultimate goal was to advance and get on base, no matter the cost.  Shouldn’t our goal be to advance the kingdom of God, no matter what obstacles come our way and not to shrink back?

You are at the plate as a minister of Christ.  You are on God’s team along with Paul.   Paul was a minister of Christ and a MVP on God’s team.  He overcame and withstood many obstacles. He was imprisoned multiple times.  The masses wanted him dead.  Five times, he received 39 stripes.  Three times each, he was beaten with rods, stoned and shipwrecked.  Often on his journeys, there was danger from waters, robbers, Jews, Gentiles and from imposter believers.  There were perils in the city, the wilderness, and at sea.  He was hungry, thirsty, weary and had many sleeplessness nights.  He was often cold and naked.  Not to mention, he was very concerned for all the churches.  Paul did not shrink back from his mission and neither should we.  Comparatively, we have it pretty easy.

The whole world is looking for answers.  As ministers, our job is to share the Answer from house to house.  It’s what I am doing with you right now.  We should mimic Paul’s words in Acts 20:20. Yes, in 2020, masks should not silence us.  We should be doing ACTS like Paul on behalf of our Jesus.  We should be saying:

“I did not shrink from telling you anything that was for your benefit and teaching you in public meetings and from house to house, but constantly and earnestly, I bore testimony to everybody , urging them to turn in repentance to God and to have faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.” Acts 20:20-21

DON’T SHRINK BACK:

Be brave.
Be courageous.
Be bold.
Do not fear.
Stand resolute in Jesus.
Read the Bible.
Do what the Word says.
Testify to everybody.
Urge all to turn in repentance.
Share the saving knowledge of Jesus with all.
Deliver the message of healing the sick.
Speak truth and hope into lives.
Minister to the needy.
Give of your time and resources.
Love UNCONDITIONALLY.
Pray without ceasing.

For God did not give us a spirit of fear, timidity or cowardice, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control]. – 2 Timothy 1:7 AMP

God did not give us a “shrink back” spirt.  He gave us a spirit of boldness and courage in Him.

The LORD [is] on my side; I will not fear.  What can man do to me? “- Psalm 118:6 NKJV

So…

“Do not blush or be ashamed then, to testify to and for our Lord… – 2 Timothy 1:8

God empowered Paul to do everything he did.  He also empowers us with the same Spirit and power that raised Jesus from the dead.

“We do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved. – Hebrews 10:39 NIV

I enCOURAGE you; DO NOT SHRINK BACK.  DO NOT SHRINK BACK from boldly declaring the whole will, purpose and plan of God.  Advance the kingdom.

“They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.” – Revelation 12:11 NIVIMG_7492

NEED A BAND-AID?

IMG_7480

by Tammy Phillips
August 5, 2020

For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD;. – Jeremiah 30:17 KJV

When my boys were little and hurt themselves, they innately wanted my presence.  They also expected a Band-aid, no matter the size of the boo-boo.  As they grew up and stepped onto the baseball field, they were instructed not to show weakness.  They were not to   rub the injured spot, if they were hit by a 90 mile per hour fastball.  And, Mama was never supposed to approach the field in case of injury.

“Truly I tell you,” Jesus said, “unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven”. – Matthew 18:3 CSB.

As adults we think we have to bear our internal and external wounds bravely.  I propose that our Heavenly Father is waiting for us with open arms.  He wants to heal our every hurt, injury and pain. We just have to go to him like His little child.

Let’s unpack a few words from Jeremiah 30:17 and see how precious this  word from our Father is:

RESTORE is the Hebrew word, ‘alah, which means to go up , rise up, bring up, or come up.

HEALTH is the Hebrew word, ‘aruwkah, which means, a long bandage applied by a physician in order to heal up a wound, restore to soundness and wholeness.

HEAL is the Hebrew word , rapha, meaning to sew together, mend by stitching, repair, restore to perfection, cure, and to thoroughly make whole.

WOUNDS is the Hebrew word, Makkah, meaning blow or strike.

A translation of this verse from the above definitions could read something like this:

I, God, your Father, you Daddy , will come to you and bring you a big, long band-aid to help heal up your wounds.  I will stitch you back together and make it all better.  I will heal you perfectly and make you whole from every blow and strike of the enemy.

Band-Aids have nothing on God, and neither do surgeons.  He is the Comforter and Healer of all our wounds.  And, if surgery is needed to heal us back up, He is Jehovah Rapha, the Physician who sews us back up, better than before.  Just ask Him, He and His word tell us so. Don’t forget, He makes house calls, actually, He is already there.

I enCOURAGE you to call out to your Father, theGreat Physician.  He awaits your call and stands ready with healing, “Holy band-aids” and “His suture kit” ready to go.  After all, He is your Savior in all things.  He wants you whole, healed, complete and sound.
